For Christmas & New Year periods, cancellations must be received in writing 45 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Guests who departs earlier than originally scheduled during these holiday periods will be charged for the entire scheduled stay. This policy applies from December 24, 2008 through January 3, 2009 inclusive.
Minimum stay policy:
December 24 - 3 nights minimum stay, no arrivals or departures for December 25 and 26
December 27 - 5 nights minimum stay, no arrivals or departures for December 28, 29, 30 and 31 |
